The participants were guidance-and-counseling teachers. Education given teachers through online meeting platform. Before session, asked voluntarily fill out Brief Resilience Scale questionnaire participants' resilience. At end education, practice session given. Identification showed 277 who filled questionnaire, 27.2% had low levels, 72.2% normal 0.4% levels. percentage respondents with decreased increasing age (31.5% adolescents, 22.2% young adults, 10.2% adults). In teacher’s group, 10.71%, 87.50%, 10.71% low, normal, resilience, respectively. student’s 68.33% 31.67% A higher adolescents require follow-up. This revealed importance increase which have an impact on improving learning quality, especially nation's next generation.
